Under Mr. Singh leadership, Bird Machines expanded to a point where additional space was necessary, leading to the purchase of 1.5 acres of land in 2008. Then, in 2015, a new state-of-the-art factory came into operation, bringing the company facilities to a new level of excellence.

Meet Mr. Arvinder Pal Singh, Director and the second son of Bird Machines. With 15 years of experience in various facets of factory operations, this Electronics Engineer joined the family business in 2006, and introduced his expertise to streamline the day-to-day activities and reduce costs.
As an operations leader, Mr. Arvinder Pal Singh ensured that the logistics and procurement were of the highest order, thus reducing inventory while maintaining the highest level of quality in all products.

In the year 2000, the third son of Mr. Iqbal Singh Bhagat, Mr. Sandeep Singh, joined the family business after completing his Accounting Graduation. With his keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, he took charge of the commercial operations of Bird Machines. He introduced various processes and controls to streamline the administrative and commercial operations of the company.
Over the last decade, Mr. Sandeep Singh has been actively leading one of the plants in Faridabad, which oversees the operations of Escorts Group. He is the go-to person for Escorts Group and plays a pivotal role in the routine matters.
In addition to his responsibilities, he is also the driving force behind various IT and digital initiatives in different areas of operations. Mr. Sandeep Singh is responsible for the implementation of new technologies and ensuring the security of the company’s operations.
